Do you know why our birthday is on March 30?
Actually, we launched our website a few days before the 30th, at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis (the one we all want to forget already).
It really wasn't our intention to start a business, launch our website, and make ourselves known during the pandemic. In fact, at the beginning of the lockdown, with everything ready: the first units of Moisturizer Curl Cream and Styling Curl Gel (our first two products), the photos taken, the website beautiful and optimized… we had serious doubts about whether it was a leap into the void or not.
Do you know that moment in movies when a person stands up, starts clapping, and two things can happen: either everyone around joins in and starts clapping too, or that person is left alone clapping? Well, that was a bit of our feeling.
Finally, we thought: "Look, everything is already ready, let's publish the website and see what happens…" Even knowing that we couldn't ship yet. Anyway, everything looked bad.
On March 30, 2020, the first order came through on our website, and we decided that would be our official birthday.
And until today!
In these three years, we have fallen and gotten back up several times, we have learned a lot of things, we have laughed and we have cried, but the main thing is that we have achieved another of our goals: to have a complete curly hair care routine from Rulls, made in Spain, with +98.3% natural ingredients, vegan, and that works phenomenally for your curls.
So really, we want to thank you for your support in this short (though intense) journey. Without you, Rulls would not have reached these three years.
