As soon as we receive your order, we get the machinery typing so that it reaches you as soon as possible.
We work with Correos (Standard and Express mode) and InPost, and we always choose the option that works best in your area.

If you are in Valencia, you can also pick up your order at our office. It's free! You just have to choose this option at checkout.

For these destinations, we need your ID/NIE, which will be requested during the purchase process.
⚠️ Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may be subject to customs fees and charges. These costs are external to Rulls and must be borne by the recipient.

Shipments to Europe are made through Correos, InPost, or Mondial Relay, depending on the country and method chosen.
You can select home delivery or, in some countries, pickup at a convenience point.
Delivery times and the final delivery company may vary depending on the destination.
(**) Notice: If you want to change the shipping address of your order because you made a mistake or whatever, you must notify us before your order has been prepared and shipped so that we can make the modification correctly and ensure that you receive it at the final address you provide.
If your order has already been prepared and shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes.
(***) Keep in mind that during high volume periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or our anniversary) your order may take a few more days to arrive, don’t worry! It’s on its way and will arrive!
RETURNS
All products can be returned within 14 days from the receipt of the shipment.
If you want to return your order, contact us at hola@rulls.es and tell us your problem so we can provide a solution :)
If you have received your order damaged or in poor condition, you can request either a refund or a replacement of the product (in this case, Rulls will cover the new shipping costs).
If, on the contrary, the reason for the return is due to dissatisfaction with your order, the customer will bear the return shipping costs of the products. The products must arrive to us in perfect condition, with original packaging and unopened.
Rulls will refund the amount of the purchased items, but not the initial shipping costs.

You should keep in mind that in case of a refund, the return period may take up to 14 days depending on your bank.
If you wish to modify an order or cancel it, the best thing to do is to contact us by emailing hola@rulls.es
In case your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make changes. You will need to place a new order and manage the return of the order that is on its way.
