Shipping & Returns
As soon as we receive your order, we put the machinery to type so that it reaches you as soon as possible.
You should know that:
We ship to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), different destinations within Europe and the United Kingdom.
· Spain - Peninsula - Standard (2-3 days) €5 or free on orders over €50
· Spain - Balearic Islands - Standard (5-6 days) €7 or free on orders over €70
· Spain - Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla - Standard (5-6 days) €10.50 or free on orders over €100
For shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla we need to know your ID number for the documentation that accompanies your shipment. It will be requested during the purchase process.
* Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla may be subject to customs fees and expenses. These costs are beyond Rulls and must be borne by the recipient.

· Germany - Standard €11.50 or free on orders over €120
· Europe 1 - Netherlands, Belgium, France, Czechia, Italy, Poland - Standard €12.50 or free on orders over €120
· Europe 2 - Austria, Luxembourg, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Sweden - Standard €15.50 or free on orders over €150
· Europe 3 - Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania - Standard €17.50 or free on orders over €170
· UK - Standard €22 or free on orders over €200
Shipments to Europe are made through courier with home delivery. Delivery times and the transport company that will deliver your order will depend on the country of destination.
(**) Notice: If you want to change the shipping address of your order because you made a mistake or whatever, you must notify us before 1:00 p.m. so that we can make the change correctly and ensure that you receive it at the final address that you indicate.
All products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

If you have received your order damaged or in poor condition, you can request either a refund of the amount or the replacement of the product (in this case Rulls will bear the new shipping costs).
If, on the contrary, the cause of the return is because you are not satisfied with your order, the customer will bear the costs of returning the products. The products must reach us in perfect condition, with original packaging and unopened.
Rulls will refund the amount of the items purchased, but not the initial shipping costs.
