Returns

All products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

If you want to return your order, contact us at hola@rulls.es and tell us about your problem so we can give you a solution.

If you have received your order damaged or in poor condition, you can request either a refund of the amount or the replacement of the product (in this case Rulls will bear the new shipping costs).

If, on the contrary, the cause of the return is because you are not satisfied with your order, the customer will bear the costs of returning the products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Rulls will refund the amount of the items purchased, but not the initial shipping costs.

Once we receive your order back, the refund process begins immediately. You must bear in mind that in the event of a refund of the amount, the return period may be delayed up to 14 days depending on your bank.

If you want to modify an order or cancel it, it is best to contact us by writing an email to hola@rulls.es

In case your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make changes. You must place a new order and manage the return of the order that is on its way.

Shipments / Deliveries / Orders

As soon as we receive your order, we put the machinery to type so that it reaches you as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the details of your shipment and the tracking number so that you can track it at all times.

We ship to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands).

· Shipments to the Peninsula are made through courier and this will vary depending on the delivery point. All orders will arrive at their destination within a period of 24-48 working hours from the moment you place your order.

· Shipments to the Balearic Islands are made through courier and this will vary depending on the delivery point. All orders will arrive at their destination within 24-48 working hours from the time you place your order.

· Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are made through Correos and will arrive at their destination within a period of 5-6 working days from the moment of shipment.

For shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla we need to know your ID number for the documentation that accompanies your shipment. It will be requested during the purchase process.

* Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla may be subject to customs fees and expenses. These costs are beyond Rulls and must be borne by the recipient.

We ship to almost all of Europe and the United Kingdom.

· Shipments to Europe and the United Kingdom are made through courier with home delivery. Delivery times and the transport company that will deliver your order will depend on the country of destination.

* Shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs fees and expenses. These costs are beyond Rulls and must be borne by the recipient.

Sometimes the couriers can experience delays. If your order has been detained or has not arrived within 10 days, please contact us at hola@rulls.es so that we can track it and provide you with a solution.

The chances of receiving a defective product are rare, but sometimes can happen.

If this is your case, please take photos of the defective product you received and send them to hola@rulls.es so we can give you a solution.

Germany - Standard €11.50 or free on orders over €120

· Europe 1 - Netherlands, Belgium, France, Czechia, Italy, Poland - Standard €12.50 or free on orders over €120

Europe 2 - Austria, Luxembourg, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Sweden - Standard €15.50 or free on orders over €150

· Europe 3 - Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania - Standard €17.50 or free on orders over €170

UK - Standard €22 or free on orders over €200

Shipments to Europe are made through courier with home delivery. Delivery times and the transport company that will deliver your order will depend on the country of destination.

(**) Notice: If you want to change the shipping address of your order because you made a mistake or whatever, you must notify us before 1:00 p.m. so that we can make the change correctly and ensure that you receive it at the final address that you indicate.

Payment methods

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, GooglePay, ApplePay, Shop, and PayPal. We do not accept cash on delivery or Bizum payments.

Please note that the available payment method may change depending on where are you located.

At this time we do not offer cash on delivery with your purchases on our website.

Promociones / Descuentos

Tal y como indicamos en los mails que recibís, los códigos de descuento deben aplicarse en el momento de la compra y no podemos aplicarlos manualmente una vez finalizado el proceso.

Si es un código que no caduca, no pasa nada, puedes guardarlo para tu próxima compra :)

Si es un código promocional por tiempo limitado, lamentablemente no podemos añadirlo una vez finalizado el pedido. Lo sentimos mucho.
